The popularity of meditation is increasing as more people discover its many benefits. If you don’t think that you or your child can meditate, we may be able to help! We offer several techniques that can be practiced in as little as a few minutes each day. Meditation is a habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. It can help you reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and overcome that urge to check social media every other minute. We like to think of meditation as an exercise for the brain. Through meditation, we can build up areas of our brain and actually rewire it to enhance positive traits like focus and decision making and diminish the less positive ones like fear and stress.

Meditation for Families

Meditating together is a great way to bring more mindfulness to your lives and focus to your days. The tangible benefits of meditation can be felt every day within the family dynamics. Starting early, as soon as age 4, we encourage you to meditate as a family. Meditation is used to rest the mind, body, and spirit together as a family unit.

Meditation for Youth

If you teach children the tools of deep breathing and meditation, you are imprinting the skills of allowing them to create space in their mind, body, and soul for inner peace and calmness, resilience and creativity.

Giving children the tools to help them stop negative thoughts and behaviors, build self-confidence, focus, and treat others and themselves with respect and appreciation is a gift they will have for the rest of their lives.
